In 2004, Tom and his family were introduced to Norris Lake by a builder in Cincinnati who had just had a home built on the waterfront. They fell in love with the beauty of the Tennessee mountains and everything to do with lake living. Tom also quickly realized the need for the kind of energy, marketing and customer service he and his team were delivering at home.

Seeing a tremendous need for honest, knowledgeable real estate people, Tom founded Tennessee Home Finders in 2007, forging a tradition of integrity, exceptional service and customer satisfaction that became the company's hallmark for nearly two decades.
