Andy’s real estate career started in 2003 as an investor. He purchased numerous rental properties in just a few short years. Several of those properties he has owned for many years, and they have a long history of success. He has bought renovated and sold homes throughout the Cincinnati area. He earned his Ohio real estate salesperson license in 2009 and quickly became a top producing agent at his brokerage.

In 2014 he became an office manager for Coldwell banker and found that he really enjoyed helping agents develop their business as much as helping clients realize their real estate goals. Even today, Andy still works as a business coach and mentor to many agents.

In 2020 Andy set his sights on Norris Lake as an investor. He found a home in the Flat Hollow area that he currently operates as a short-term rental with Tom Sturm, his business partner. The following year he earned his Tennessee Affiliate brokers license. Currently, Andy focuses his real estate activity on Norris Lake and the Pigeon Forge area. Primarily, he helps investors and clients seeking second homes in the area for personal enjoyment!
